How We Hire

We have a non-standard application process. It’s fast - 4 steps or less, and always involves meeting with Loanspark founders. We pride ourselves on being a flat organization and working as a team to ensure anyone who joins the team will compliment it.

You’ll hear from us throughout the application process. We have made a commitment to applicants that we will be in touch with them at least once per week while they are going through the hiring process.
